April 16th – 20th | Yibai Chen playing at the Z+ Festival in Shanghai
Our cellist Yibai Chen, one of the most promising talents of his generation, joins an exceptional lineup of international artists for the Z+ Festival at the renowned Shanghai Symphony Hall.
Across three evenings of chamber music, Yibai will share the stage with celebrated musicians including Narek Hakhnazaryan, Paul Huang, Benjamin Beilman, Sarah McElravy, Ba Tong, Denis Kozhukhin, Ning Feng, Lu Yiwen, Zee Zee, Lukas Geniušas, and leading percussionists such as Fu Yifei, Georgi Videnov, and Won Suk Lee.
The festival offers a rare opportunity to witness a diverse mix of instruments and traditions—from classical Western repertoire to unique sounds like the erhu, bridging East and West through chamber music.
