Raffaella Tramontano
Raffaella Tramontano has been a professional journalist since 1987 and a dance critic since 1990. In 1993, she transitioned to a freelance career, focusing on communication and promotion, collaborating with renowned figures such as Roberto De Simone, Francesco Nicolosi, Uto Ughi, the Mozart Italy Association, Beppe Menegatti, Carla Fracci, Vittoria Ottolenghi, and Vittoria Cappelli Ismael Ivo.
From 1999 to 2008, Raffaella was the Head of the Press Office at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. She continued in this role for the Napoli Teatro Festival from 2008 to 2017. Her expertise extended to the National Academy of Dance, the Naples Theater-National Theater, the Teatro Stabile di Catania, and currently, she is a consultant for the Teatro Argentina in Rome.
Since 2015, Raffaella has been the editor-in-chief of Campadidanza Dance Magazine. In 2016, she began organizing the Premio Le Maschere del Teatro Italiano, broadcast annually on Raiuno. She has published two books: “30 anni e + in Movimento” dedicated to the Movimento Danza Company, and “Si cambia danza – L’impatto del Covid 19 sul sistema danza in Italia” created in collaboration with the Political Science Department of the University Federico II of Naples, which is used as a text in several Italian universities.
Alfredo d’Agnese
Alfredo d’Agnese, born in Naples in 1959, holds a master’s degree in Performing Arts and has been a professional journalist since 1993. He contributes to prominent Italian magazines such as Repubblica delle Donne, Venerdì di Repubblica, and the online platform Repubblica.it, including the Robinson supplement. Additionally, he collaborates with the Treccani Encyclopedia of Music. His portfolio includes reportage, articles, and investigative pieces for publications like L’Espresso, Epoca, Musica! XL, and Kataweb. Alfredo has also written scripts for Radio Rai and major Italian record labels.
As a co-founder of the Master’s program in Journalism in Naples, he directs Run Radio, the university station at Suor Orsola Benincasa University, where he teaches “Communication and Musical Languages” and “Youth Discomfort and Cultural Products” within the Faculty of Education. Alfredo coordinates the Master’s program in Radio Broadcasting at the same institution and has previously taught “Communication Techniques” at the Giuseppe Martucci Conservatory in Salerno.
Between 1999 and 2001, he managed communications for events at the Festa regionale dell’Unità and the Neapolis Festival. In 2013, he served as the head of the press office for the Ravello Festival.

Olga Introzzi
After the musical studies, the great passion for management has brought Olga Introzzi to attend the Master in Performing Arts Management held by the Accademia of Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the POLIMI Graduate School of Management where she has graduated in 2016. During this experience she had the chance to work as an intern inside the Artistic Direction of Teatro alla Scala, assisting the casting manager Tony Gradsack. Furthermore, in the same period, she has collaborated with some of the most world-renowned artists such as Diana Damrau, Markus Verba, Marianne Crebassa, Myung Whun Chung, Adam Fisher, Riccardo Muti, Peter Stein and Kirill Petrenko.
From 2017 she has been working for the London-based company Only Stage as Chief Operating Officer collaborating with some of the greatest artists of our times, including Oleg Caetani, Lera Auerbach, Maxim Rysanov, Gabriel Prokofiev, Sumi Jo and Dmitry Sitkovetsky. From 2018 to 2019 she has been the Financial Manager of Milano Classica s.c.ar.l. Following this experience, besides her role within Only Stage, she is currently covering the role of Project Manager at Fondazione Alessandro Volta in Como and at Fondazione La Società dei Concerti in Milan.

Beniamino Re
Beniamino Re pursued his initial musical studies from a young age before shifting his focus towards digital design and marketing. After graduating from the high school of fine arts, he is about to finish a degree course at IUSVE in Venice in Digital & graphic design. His classical formation in music combined with his studies in communication has allowed him the unique opportunity to merge the two fields into various working projects, such as social media management for the cellist Luca Franzetti, including overseeing the organization and promotion of his cello masterclasses since 2018.
Since 2021, Beniamino has been the social media manager and web designer for IppocrateOrg, an association dedicated to research, prevention, and personalized medicine. In 2023, after two years of establishing Ben Fatto Media, a communication and management agency for emerging musical artists, he began collaborating with Only Stage Ltd., further expanding his influence in the music industry. He also manages marketing and social media campaigns for the Milan Conducting Masterclasses for ForTune Music & Show.
