Korean violinist Gyehee Kim joins Only Stage Management
Korean violinist Gyehee Kim, winner of the 17th International Tchaikovsky Competition, is acclaimed for her artistry and versatility. A laureate of prestigious competitions like George Enescu and Andrea Postacchini, she has performed with renowned orchestras including the Mariinsky and Stuttgart Philharmonic under legendary conductors such as Valery Gergiev and Yuri Bashmet.
Her international career features appearances at top festivals and venues like the George Enescu Festival, Salle Gaveau in Paris, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Gyehee trained at Curtis Institute, Seoul National University, and Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, honing her craft with mentors like Joseph Silverstein and Christoph Poppen.
