March 14th | Georgijs Osokins playing Chopin’s piano concertos with Kremerata Baltica in Udine
A concert of young, fiery talents, featuring a program rich in delicate nuances. The evening will feature Georgijs Osokins performing Chopin's piano concertos, in arrangements for string orchestra and solo instrument with Kremerata Baltica. The concert's unique atmosphere is further enriched by contemporary pieces, reflecting a hope for peace in Europe: a tribute by Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki to his fellow countryman the Pope, and "Lignum" by the young Latvian musician Jēkabs Jančevskis.
