Conductor Yaroslav Shemet joins Only Stage management’s roster!
Yaroslav Shemet is a prominent young conductor from Ukraine, gaining recognition in Europe. At 25, he became the youngest music director of a Polish philharmonic orchestra. Now 28, he is the Artistic Director of the Silesian Philharmonic and General Music Director of the Baltic Opera. Shemet began his music education at age three and started conducting orchestras by 13. He has trained in prestigious institutions in Kharkiv, Poznań, and Vienna. Shemet's career includes collaborations with major orchestras and soloists and conducting at notable venues and festivals. His future engagements feature significant productions at the Baltic Opera and debuts with important orchestras.
