Chrisni Mendis began her career as a classically trained soprano, performing extensively across Europe and Asia. Her education, including a master’s degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and advanced training at the Accademia Lirica di Osimo, provided her with deep expertise in vocal performance and the operatic world.
Beyond her accomplishments on stage, Chrisni has developed innovative projects, such as workshops introducing Sri Lankan musicians to Western classical techniques, and curated concert series blending European music with her Asian heritage. Her fluency in English, Mandarin, Sinhalese, and Italian enables her to connect across diverse cultural contexts.
In 2024, Chrisni transitioned into arts management, joining Only Stage Ltd. She brings her passion for fostering emerging talent and her diverse experiences to this new role, aiming to support artists and contribute to meaningful collaborations within the music industry.
