The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will mark the Chinese New Year with a unique celebration of Eastern and Western musical traditions.

Renowned conductor Lü Jia will lead the Orchestra in a program that bridges cultural connections, featuring internationally acclaimed soloists Haochen Zhang on piano and Zhang Hongyan on pipa. This annual tradition welcomes the Year of the Snake, combining masterpieces from both hemispheres to create a harmonious and inspiring experience.
