“Carlos Natale (Orphée), currently residing in France, demonstrated once again in this welcome return his talent not only as an actor but also through the beauty of his singing, his perfect vocal technique, and his excellent French.”
L’Ape musicale
"...Integrated and tight-knit, the cast of characters delivers the complicity required by the comedy, with tenor Carlos Natale portraying a lovable Orpheus in the style of Charlie Chaplin—full of charm, elegance, and tenderness—vocally outstanding in the duet with Public Opinion...
Cecilia Scalisi, La Nacion
"...Carlos Natale, in the role of Gaston, delivers a performance full of liveliness..."
Olyrix
"...Carlos Natale’s resonant voice allows him to portray a Spoleta that leaves a lasting impression..."
Forum Opéra
"Carlos Natale gives Gonzalve, the ridiculous versifier with his vocal flourishes, a burlesque authenticity. The text is always intelligible, the singing clear and virtuosic, exaggerated to the point of caricature all the way up to the high C."
Forum Opéra
"Carlos Natale’s delightfully self-infatuated Gonzalve is instantly captivating."
Resmusica
"Tenor Carlos Natale lends his light timbre and Argentine accent to the charming (and slightly ridiculous) poet Gonzalve. His high notes remain as tenderly seductive as his middle range."
Olyrix
"...Tenor Carlos Natale, who has a career in Europe and lives in France, is the only one with a sufficiently open articulation. High and clear, Orpheus’s voice releases agile, azure-hued projections. The generous timbre serves the character’s dramatic journey, while the theatrical performance is fully committed..."
