Our cellist Yibai Chen, winner of the second prize at the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition 2022, and pianist Boyang Shi, one of the most outstanding young talents in the international classical music scene, will perform a duo recital in Berlin.

Yibai Chen, performing on a Guadagnini cello (ca. 1780-1800) provided by the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben Hamburg, has quickly established an impressive international career with acclaimed debuts and tours. Boyang Shi brings her extraordinary artistry to this collaboration, offering a captivating musical dialogue between cello and piano.
