The evening begins with J. Brahms' Violin Concerto, performed by our acclaimed violinist Boris Belkin. Composed in 1878, this concerto is celebrated for its technical brilliance and emotional depth, making it a cornerstone of violin literature.

Completed in 1893, shortly before the composer’s death, the Pathétique is regarded as Tchaikovsky’s musical testament, offering a profound journey through melancholy, passion, and ultimate resolution.
