Pianist Vincent Larderet joins Only Stage artist management’s roster!
Vincent Larderet, honoured as a "Steinway Artist," has gained international acclaim for his intensely emotive performances, earning him recognition as one of the finest pianists of our time. His playing, characterised by lyrical expressiveness, rich timbral variety, and the ability to produce an orchestral depth of sound, has led to comparisons with piano legends like Arrau, Michelangeli, Pollini, Zimerman, and Brendel. Larderet's interpretations, noted for their intellectual depth and visceral impact, have earned him nominations for the "International Classical Music Awards" and the title of “Classical Revelation” by Adami at Midem in Cannes, solidifying his status as a leading French pianist of his generation.
Renowned particularly as a Ravel specialist, Larderet's insights into Ravel's music were deepened through mentorship with Carlos Cebro in Paris, tracing a lineage back to Vlado Perlemuter and Ravel himself. His education includes graduating from Lübeck’s Musikhochschule under Bruno-Leonardo Gelber and accolades from several international piano competitions.
